By purchasing an item advertised on this website and/or becoming a member of Onshore Fishing Adventures newsletter, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Onshore Fishing Adventures may amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time and any amendment will become effective immediately. Your continued use of this website after amendment constitutes an agreement to abide by and be bound by those amended Terms and Conditions.
 

Trademarks, Copyrights and Restrictions
All material on this site, including, but not limited to images, logos and illustrations, is protected by copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights which are owned and controlled by Onshore Fishing Adventures and its related companies. The content of Onshore Fishing Adventures is provided for your personal, non-commercial use. Such material may not be copied, republished, reproduced, uploaded, modified, transmitted, posted, or distributed in any way without the consent of Onshore Fishing Adventures. 

 

The use of this website and these conditions is in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any legal action arising out of its use shall be brought and enforced under Australian laws. By using this site, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Australia and any legal action pursued by you shall be within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia
 

Delivery
We deliver NSW wide. We are unable to specify an exact time for delivery.

Sydney Metro Delivery - 1-3 days

Greater NSW - 2-5 days

Onshore Fishing Adventures recommends you use a business address if there is a chance the recipient is not likely to be home. Onshore Fishing Adventures requests that the recipient be available to receive the delivery on the day of delivery. If no one is available to accept the delivery, then the box will be left outside the residence.
 

Unattended Deliveries
Due to the sheer volume of deliveries, Onshore Fishing Adventures and it's agents are not always in a position to contact gift-recipients and/or other parties by phone if/when the requested delivery location is unattended and/or to obtain further delivery instructions. It is important the customer provides clear and accurate delivery instructions when placing their order.

Onshore Fishing Adventures retains records for proof of delivery, and remains exempt from any liability or responsibility for loss or damage arising as a result of parcels being left safely and securely at unattended premises and/or due to an incident arising from 'returned, melted, infested, change of mind or undelivered' products.

Wrong Address
Should the delivery address supplied by the customer be incorrect or insufficient details provided, Onshore Fishing Adventures cannot accept any responsibility for any loss experienced. It is the obligation of the customer to supply accurate details at the time of order.

When supplied with an incorrect address, the box will be re-directed to Onshore Fishing Adventures and disposed of as products no longer remain fresh or used. It is a commitment by Onshore Fishing Adventures that all products be delivered at the highest quality and a decision will be made to dispose of re-directed products, once returned, at the discretion of Onshore Fishing Adventures.

Re-delivery on the same day will not always be guaranteed. In the case of a wrong or non-complete delivery address, It is the customer’s responsibility to decide on whether they would like to purchase another box and have it delivered to the correct address on a different day.

In the case of a wrong or non-complete delivery address, the customer will lose the money spent, add-ons and delivery.
 

Delivery Schedule
Whilst every effort is made to adhere to the above delivery schedule, we use external couriers for all our deliveries, and occasionally situations arise which are out of our control resulting in slight delays in the above time frames. We cannot accept responsibility for these unfortunate events, but assure you that every effort is made to ensure your goods arrive on time.
 

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date. Orders that are already prepared, dispatched or in transit cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Cancellation of order incurs a $50.00 administrative fee. Money will be refunded less this fee.
If cancellation notice is received at less than 24 hour notice - cancellation is void.
A cancellation notice must be placed in email to hello@onshorefishingadventures.com.au

Orders cannot be cancelled on the day of delivery.  In the event that the customer needs the box cancelled or re-delivered on the day of the delivery, the customer will be charged the same price for an additional box to be sent out.

We do not offer cash refunds under any circumstances. Store credit may be issued.
 

Product
Onshore Fishing Adventures does not take any responsibility for the content on any messages sent from a sender to a recipient. Messages are not altered or censored by Onshore Fishing Adventures and are sent as requested by the sender.

Product design, colours and flavours may vary from images supplied on our website by discretion of Onshore Fishing Adventures.
 

Liquor Information
Any alcohol featured in our boxes is designed to be delivered as a genuine gift to a person and does not exceed two litres. The gift is packaged and presented in such a manner that it is taken to be a gift. The gift can only be delivered to another adult who is not the purchaser. For all gifts with alcohol included, please ensure that the recipient is aged over 18 years and is available to receive the delivery.
